Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Custom-stitched or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We offer size or product exchanges if the requested item is in stock.

• Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return window.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, custom orders, or gift cards are non-returnable.
